Anxiety and stress is something many of us have been living with and have got used to. But, you do not need to life with these any more. Hypnosis is very successful for many people who are unable to cope with anxiety and stress. This audio helps you learn the methods and techniques needed. Research shows that mental imagery and visualisation are enhanced with hypnosis and this helps to facilitate relaxation, in turn helping you to deal with your anxiety and stress.
